PICNIC FLOOD

When the Mississippi River Valley flooded in the spring of 1997 it changed our favorite picnic ground, near Hidden Falls, perhaps permanently.

Jeanne Badman lives in St. Paul with her husband Jim and her two daughters, Rosa and Haley. She persists in dabbling in film, photo, and video. Consequently, her house is very messy.
